Fees for Services

Pre-Filing Classes

The pre-filing class for an individual will be provided for a cost of $39.00. The fee is also only $39.00 for a couple filing jointly! If a client enrolls in a Debt Management Plan, this fee may be waived. If you are receiving your Bankruptcy Filing pro-bono, or if your sole source of income is disability or social security, this fee may be waived. Please contact our office at 303-233-2773 to schedule an appointment and fax proof of pro-bono service or income. Appointments need to be scheduled at least 2-3 days in advance.

Debtors Education Class (Post Filing)


The debtor education class that is required for the discharge of your bankruptcy is a two hour course that can be taken via the internet or in a group class setting provided in the Denver Metro Area. The cost for this class is $49.00 for an individual and a couple filing jointly. Please contact our office in order to schedule an appointment or receive a password and instructions for the internet course. Completed affidavit must be on file to verify your identity in order to take this class.

If you are receiving your Bankruptcy Filing pro-bono, or if your sole source of income is disability or social security, this fee may be waived.

Ordering Your Credit Reports

Credit reports can be ordered through Community Credit Counseling Services for an additional fee. Please contact our office for more information.

How to Pay

We accept payments via money order, cashier's check, cash or you can pay via your debit card. If you pay by personal check, this may delay the processing of your paperwork. There is a $25.00 return check fee for all returned checks.
